Homy Nadlan, responsible for the creation and operation of the website: https://florentinhouse.com, places great importance on providing equal service to all citizens and improving access for individuals with disabilities.

We invest significant resources in making our website and digital assets accessible, in order to make the company’s services more available to people with disabilities.

In Israel, approximately 20% of the population are individuals with disabilities who require digital accessibility to consume general information and services. The accessibility of Homy Nadlan’s website is intended to make it more available, friendly, and convenient to use for populations with special needs, including, but not limited to, various motor disabilities, cognitive impairments, myopia, blindness or color blindness, hearing impairments, and the elderly population.

The accessibility of this website was implemented by the website accessibility company “Vee – Website Accessibility”.

 

Accessibility Level

The website’s accessibility has been optimized to Level AA, in compliance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations 5568-2013, and follows the WCAG 2.2 recommendations of the W3C organization (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines).

The “Vee” company has ensured compatibility with popular browsers and mobile devices and tested the site using JAWS and NVDA screen readers. The accessibility has been implemented according to the guidelines of the Israel Government ICT Authority for making web applications accessible.

 

How to Switch to Accessible Mode

An accessibility icon is displayed on the website (usually on the side of the screen). Clicking the icon opens the accessibility menu.
 After selecting the desired function from the menu, please allow the page to reload for the changes to be applied.

To cancel an action, click on the same function in the menu again. Accessibility settings can be reset at any time.

The software works on popular browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Opera (subject to manufacturer conditions). Browsing in accessibility mode is recommended using Google Chrome.

The site provides a semantic structure for assistive technologies and supports the common usage pattern for keyboard navigation using the arrow keys, Enter, and Esc to exit menus and windows.
